Ryan To Swim With 'Shark'

Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine) has been cast in the CBS fall drama Shark, a pilot about a celebrity attorney-turned-prosecutor starring James Woods.

The Hollywood Reporter reported via Yahoo! that Ryan will play Jessica, the district attorney who is Woods' character's supervisor. Other cast members include Alexis Cruz, Romy Rosemont and Sarah Carter.

The Futon Critic reported at the end of February that Spike Lee would direct the pilot. Cold Case's Ian Biederman leads off the production team.

Since the finale of Star Trek: Voyager, Ryan has had a regular role on Boston Public and a recurring part on The O.C..
