Hello World!

Final Fantasy X is just brilliant. A really really good game. Although I'm not very far along yet.

However I have to gripe about the shoddy conversion that was done with the game. It has HUGE black borders at the top and bottom of the screen. This is often seen in games when they reach PAL shores, since for some reason game developers don't seem to want to come up with a 60 hz version for their European gamers that would mean the picture actually filled their television screens.

While it is a wonderful game, I do wish it didn't feel like I was watching a wide-screen movie. Those borders really are huge.... :(
