Decipher, Inc., the manufacturer of the Star Trek customisable card game, has announced changes and planned releases for the rest of the year.

In an article at Decipher.com, the company announced that for the rest of 2005, the company's line of gaming products would focus on its two best-known properties, The Lord of the Rings and Star Trek. The Lord of the Rings RPG will return in June with a new release following every eight weeks, while MegaMan will be taken out of production, as will .hack. In addition, WARS TCG will be put on hiatus while the company negotiates with Hollywood business interests to expand its markets.

The Star Trek Adversaries Anthology will debut in June with two new extended art cards, the Borg Queen and Shinzon. It will also include 18 new foils. To Boldly Go, which will be released in August, will feature extended art cards of Captain Janeway and Captain Kirk and introduce Enterprise as an affiliation. In September, Dangerous Missions Draft Boxes will be introduced, spotlighting three different Star Trek storylines: Enterprise's The Forge, Deep Space Nine's The Siege and Generations.
