First Details On Further 'Enterprise' Figures

Action figure manufacturer Art Asylum this week announced details of its Enterprise finishing line.

Set for release in Spring 2003, the line will complete the range of NX-01 crew members in both their regular uniforms and the 'Away Team' EVA suits, according to the company's web site.

The wave will include action figures of Commander Charles 'Trip' Tucker, Doctor Phlox and Ensign Hoshi Sato in their regular uniforms, as well as Ensign Travis Mayweather and Lieutenant Malcolm Reed in the EVA suits.

Art Asylum has plans for a sixth figure in the finishing line, which could be either an alien character or a different Captain Jonathan Archer. The company is taking suggestions as to who the final figure should be here at the web site's message board.

While the Enterprise Trek Tek pack, containing a 22nd century phase pistol and communicator, has already been released, a second pack based on the Original Series is on the drawing board. Although no release date has been scheduled at this early stage, the set will likely include a 23rd century phaser, tricorder and phase pistol.

In addition to the regular Enterprise figures, available now, the company will ship their 'Star Trek: Nemesis' and Enterprise 'Away Team' lines in early October and late November, respectively. The 'Borg Assimilation' range is currently expected to be released in Spring 2003.

The finishing line announcement can be found here at the Art Asylum web site, while the Trek Tek details are available on this page. Thanks to Jason for this!
