Connor Trinneer (Tucker) makes a guest appearance this Friday night in Numb3rs, the series that until very recently followed Brannon Braga's Threshold on CBS. He will also appear in a future episode of Close To Home, the series that has swapped places with Threshold, taking over the Friday 9 p.m. slot from its previous Tuesday 10 p.m. hour.

The Futon Critic reports that Trinneer will play Bob McHugh in an episode entitled "Toxin", centering on a chemist who has tampered with over-the-counter medications, causing people to have seizures, and who may have a connection to a cattle rancher selling tainted beef. Lou Diamond Phillips also guest stars.

Trinneer is also scheduled to appear on Close To Home, a CBS crime drama centered around female lawyers. He revealed this information to his official forum, where his fan club also announced a holiday charity project.

Trinner's web site, along with that of several other Star Trek actors, is conducting fundraising for the holidays; information is here. Trinneer's charity is Seattle Children's Hospital. On the form there are fields to specify that a donation is in someone’s honor and a "new baby" to honour Trinneer's newborn. Fans wishing to send goods instead of money can check the forum for a list of requested items.

Numb3rs with Trinneer airs on Friday, November 25th at 10 p.m. Eastern time.
