Kirk and Spock feature prominently on the front of the packaging for the forthcoming Season Two original series Remastered DVD set due to be released on August 5.

As reported by tvshowsondvd.com, the front and the back of the interior packaging of the Season Two original series Remastered DVD set have appeared online.

The packaging is blue with a picture of Kirk and Spock to the left of a blue 'Star Trek' emblem and the Enterprise to the right of it. The back of the packaging has a quote from Captain Kirk from Return to Tomorrow. "Risk is our business. That's what this starship is all about. That's why we're aboard her" - Captain Kirk, "Return to Tomorrow". This quote is repeated multiple times. Below the quote is a starfield scene.

The eight DVDs will be priced at $99.99 and along with the twenty-six remastered episodes include: Billy Blackburn's never-before-seen-on-set home videos, nine featurettes, original preview trailers for each episode and two Tribble episodes - The Animated Series: More Tribbles, More Troubles and Deep Space Nine: Trials and Tribble-ations.
