Dawson Q&A Session

The official site has posted the results of their recently announced Q&A session with Voyager actress Roxann Dawson (B'Elanna Torres). In the full interview, Dawson talks about her life, likes and dislikes, her novels and, of course, Voyager.
Roxann Dawson: I think it was necessary in order for me to get pregnant! I actually like the way they're going with the storylines this year. Pregnancy is an interesting choice considering that I was pregnant two years ago on the show and we spent an entire year covering it up. Now, they're making me pregnant. It's an interesting choice, but it offers a lot of dramatic possibilities. And I don't have to watch what I eat! Dave: I'm curious about the marriage between B'Elanna and Tom. The whole thing was kind of shoved at the end of an episode. Were you disappointed that more wasn't made of the ceremony? Did it have anything to do with the fact that we've already seen them married once before ["Course: Oblivion"]? RD: Yes, we didn't need to show it as we saw the whole wedding in the other episode. We didn't have to have to go through that again, so I have to agree with the writers. We know what it would have been, at least for the regular viewing audience, and to have to put them through the same thing that we did before would seem silly. And it left more time for other dramatic elements of the episode, rather than spending it on the wedding.
DUFFRS: What do you think of the decision made to have you and Tom Paris married on the show?
