Hello World!

I'm amazed at the amount of people who came up as Sam on the 'West Wing' personality test, including my esteemed co-editor Christian.

Don't get me wrong, I like Ainsley as a character, and Emily Procter is an excellent actress - I just don't particularly want to be her. But as someone did point out, I do have (fairly) blond hair. I guess I'll grab my Creme de Cacao and head off to the Steam Pipe Trunk Distribution Venue....

    Playmates announced that their Star Trek line would end on December 31, 1999. The rest of the year's figures were released as planned, but after that the line ceased.

  • At 9:00pm (8:00pm Central), UPN will be showing 'Endgame, Part One' according to the official Star Trek site.

  • The Sci-Fi Channel will be showing the Original Series episode 'Patterns of Force' at 5:00 p.m Eastern Time.

  • In Canada, Space! will be showing the Original Series episode 'The Mark of Gideon' at 2:00 p.m Eastern Time, followed by the Next Generation episode 'Thine Own Self' at 3:00 p.m. DS9's 'The Darkness and the Light' is at 4:00 p.m with Voyager's 'Ashes to Ashes' at 5:00 p.m - with a repeat at 10:00 p.m.

  • In the United Kingdom, Sky One will be showing the Next Generation episode 'Cost of Living' at 17:00 GMT. BBC 2 will show DS9's 'The Dogs of War' at 18:45. Thanks go out to the Great Link for this!
