Jason Bates at IGN Sci-Fi has put up his review of 'The Haunting of Deck Twelve', awarding it a rating of no more than 2 out of 5:

From this point forward the story is very straightforward and the entity isn't particularly interesting. The whole episode feels very low budget with few effects, set entirely on the ship itself, presumably so more of the money could be used in next week's season finale. Still, it had its moments.

Also new is a review by Kenneth Silber at Space.com:

"The Haunting of Deck 12" is a clever mix of horror, humor and low-lit atmospherics. Whatever one thinks of Neelix's general competence as chef and morale officer, in this episode he is very much in his element, as a storyteller.
