Site ColumnsBy Christian

Well, now that SlipstreamWeb has finally opened, fortunately the weather here is also cooperating - the sun is shining pretty much all time, and once I've bought an extension to the telephone line I think I'll just sit outside with my laptop, so that I really won't be out of the sun for a moment.
Meanwhile, I'm noticing the benefits of not announcing a new site like SlipstreamWeb until the opening. Back in April, when the new TrekToday design launched, the enourmous delays with that were reaching almost ridiculous proportions. SlipstreamWeb has also gone through enourmous delays (I was originally hoping to open it in early May), but of course that turned out to be a bit later. SlipstreamWeb is now actually running on an improved version of the Trek Nation site manager, which I'll soon be installing on the Trek Nation itself as well - that should make the navigation between the various Trek sites a bit easier. Meanwhile, rest assured, the launch of SlipstreamWeb doesn't mean I will only be focusing on that site from now on - TrekToday will of course remain my first priority.
Anyway, back to the sun :-).
