Ryan Stalker to Stand Trial

Reuters LA is reporting that Marlon Pagtakhan, arrested last year for apparently harassing Voyager actress Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine), has been ordered to stand trial on 5 criminal counts, including the charges of stalking and extortion, after L.A. Supreme Court judge Alan Ellis found that there was sufficient evidence for prosecution yesterday.

Pagtakhan (22), who has been held on a bail of over $400,000 since his Nov. 15 arrest, is alleged to have "willfully, maliciously and repeatedly" followed and harassed Ryan and made a "credible threat" against her and her family".
