Enterprise TV Guide Cover - Copyright TV GuideNext week's of TV Guide will be an Enterprise special edition, featuring Series V front covers and one of the first looks inside the ship's interior.

The magazine will feature one of the first looks inside the Enterprise, and include the first images of the sickbay and the transporter room.

Three collector's edition magazine covers will feature Scott Bakula (Jonathan Archer) and Jolene Blalock. Two more Enterprise covers will be available online at the TV Guide store and will feature the rest of the cast.

Reporter Michael Logan was granted access to the Enterprise set, and will reveal new details about the characters and future storylines. Scott Bakula will give his initial reaction to the role of the Captain, while Jolene Blalock will reveal how much she knew about Vulcans. Executive Producer and Co-Creator Rick Berman will also respond to rumours about a gay crew member and is set to reveal which male crew member experiences the first human male pregnancy ever recorded. "We needed to bring back the wonder and excitement and scariness of outer space," he said.

Linda Park (Ensign Hoshi Sato) spoke about the way producers want viewers to react to the new show. "We want viewers to relate to us, to really feel what it's like to 'boldly' go," she said. "Here we are having never flown at warp 5 speed: We don't know if we're going to implode, and there's a Suliban climbing backward up the ventilation system about to kill [us]. Sometimes the fear is paralyzing. Unlike a lot of futuristic shows, we take nothing for granted. It's all new for us."

The special edition TV Guide magazine will be on sale on Monday. The online-only cover editions can be ordered from the TV Guide store from next week.

Update: The two online cover editions can be viewed at Sky Mall. The image at the top of this article shows the cover featuring Hoshi Sato, Charles "Trip" Tucker III, and Malcolm Reed. This and the other special cover can be ordered by following the above link. Thanks go out to Tim Haxton for this!
