Hello World!

Ah, the joys of new episodes... that is, waiting for enough spoilers to be available so you can work out what's going on. It's incredibly frustrating to really want to see an episode but being completely unable to for at least another 6 months. All I really want are some good spoilers. Is that too much to ask? (sighs) And nobody seems willing to provide them. Oh well – I guess I can make it to Monday when I'm praying Jim Wright, reviewboy extraordinare, will post his 'Body and Soul' review.

In other news, today is my mother's birthday – I shan't tell you how old she is because she'd kill me (not that she read this – she's about as far from begin a trekkie as you can get) but what's the use of writing in a public forum if you can't do stuff like shameless self-promotion. Speaking of which, I think you should all check out my website… Ok, so I don't have a working website really at the moment. And when it is up, I'm not going to post the link here in the knowledge that people I know IRL read this stuff and are quite likely to follow said link. It was quite bad enough when one of them stumbled across a piece of my fic at the official Robert Picardo site... Thinking about this now, I've just realized that I'm being incredibly stupid in even mentioning it – they'll probably start trawling now. (groan)
