The final first-season episode of Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda is scheduled to air in most markets this week. News about the second season is already beginning to emerge.   • New Season Two Titles Revealed

    While most people have yet to see the first season finale, information about the second season is already available. Andromeda co-producer Ethlie Anne Vare talked about three new titles for season two episodes on the Slipstream BBS. Information on the episodes is available in the SlipstreamWeb Episode Guide.

  • It's A Boy For Kevin Sorbo

    Kevin Sorbo (Captain Dylan Hunt) was a contestant on the celebrity edition of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?. The former Hercules star raised $32,000 for the 'A World Fit For Kids' charity and made a special announcement. Sorbo showed an ultra-sound picture of his unborn baby, and explained to the host Regis Philbin how he and wife Sam knew the child was a boy.

  • Andromeda Wins At The Leo Awards

    Andromeda picked up four awards at the British Columbia Film and Television Awards last weekend. Originally nominated in seven categories, the show won or Best Visual Effects, Best Cinematography, Best Overall Sound and Best Musical Score at the Canadian accolade ceremony.

  • Heather Jarman Reviews: 'Star Crossed'

    SlipstreamWeb resident reviewer Heather Jarman described 'Star Crossed' as "one of Andromeda's better outings" and awarded the episode three and a half stars.

  • Andromeda Slides In The Ratings

    Figures for the last two Andromeda episodes show a fall in the number of people tuning in. 'The Devil Take The Hindmost' scored the show's lowest first run ratings ever. Expectations remain high that the season finale will be able to reverse this trend.

    Award-winning Andromeda director David Winning has a new photo section on his web site dedicated to the show. The photographs show him working behind the scenes on the series, working with other members of the crew and the show's stars.
