More On 'Star Trek' Season Two Remastered DVDs

More information has come out about the art and extras for the original series Remastered Season Two DVDs.

As reported by Tvshowsondvd.com, details have emerged on the new DVD set due to arrive on August fifth and reported here several days ago.

The DVD set will consist of eight DVDs and the suggested retail price will be $99.99. The video is full frame (1:33:1). Three languages will be available in both audio and subtitles, the languages being English, French and Spanish.

The special features include: Billy Blackburns's never-before-seen on-set home videos, nine featurettes, two extra Tribble Star Trek episodes (Star Trek: The Animated Series: More Tribbles, More Troubles and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Trials and Tribble-ations), and original preview trailers for each of the twenty-six episodes.

Packaging art is similar to that of the Season One release and can be seen here.
