As 'Endgame' ends one Voyager journey, another will begin. May 23rd will see the launch of the new Voyager expansion set in the Star Trek Customisable Card Game, and Decipher are celebrating by holding a live chat with Vaughn Armstrong.

Armstrong proudly holds the record for the most alien guest roles played in various Star Trek series, past present and future. He first appeared as Korris, a Klingon in the Next Generation episode 'Heart of Glory' and went on to have two roles on Deep Space Nine. He has played no less than five parts in Voyager, and will be reprising his role as Korath from the Las Vegas Star Trek Experience in 'Endgame.' He will be chatting to fans on May 16th from 9 pm EST to 10 pm EST at the Decipher Online site.

Two digital cards will be given away for free; everyone who goes along to the chat will receive the Drenol card, a Vidiian played by Armstrong, and those who buys a Voyager Digital Starter Deck will receive the card featuring the character Armstrong played in 'Eye of the Needle,' Dr. Telek R'Mor. Both cards will be digitally signed by Vaughn Armstrong. Decipher advises fans to make sure they log on an hour before the chat to enable them to download the necessary software.

On May 23rd, the Voyager expansion pack will be officially released. Decipher will be holding special Release Day and Finale parties in selected locations. A list of locations is available online here.

Decipher is also set to launch a new online version of the popular Star Trek CCG. It will allow players to compete with each other 24 hours a day on special virtual playing tables. They will be able to buy, sell and trade cards through a secure server, and interact with other players through a special meeting place. All this has the added advantage of not having to clean up the table after the game. The game can be sampled online at its official site where players will receive a free Deep Space Nine starter deck. They can choose to play indefinitely with them, or to buy new cards with the special latinum currency.

The new Voyager expansion set will consist of 201 brand new cards featuring characters, ships and missions from the series. It will be fully compatible with existing Trek CCG cards, but is also designed to be easily accessible for those new to the game. Experienced players will find new strategies, two new affiliation groups, and a brand-new quadrant of the universe to explore. The Voyager set will be the tenth expansion pack in the Star Trek CCG series.

The game will be available in sealed decks and special 'Warp Speed' packs on 23rd May. More information can be found here at Decipher's official web site.
