UPN continued its cat and mouse game with the WB, but this week the WB won and UPN lost as Enterprise slumped in its rerun ratings.

"Singularity" averaged a 2.7/5 rating, according to figures published at Zap2it. This means approximately 2.7% of American households with television sets were tuned into Enterprise, while the episode was viewed by 5% of households watching television at the time. These figures come from overnight ratings based on the top markets, and final ratings will be available next week.

This rating was down quite a bit from last week's "The Communicator", which scored a strong 3.2/5. But it still places it a bit higher than "The Seventh" — the previous rerun which scored 2.5/4 back in January.

Enterprise came fifth in the 8pm timeslot, beating the WB's repeat of Dawson's Creek. Fox's That '70s Show and American Idol won the hour with 7.1/12 10.4/16 respectively, followed by CBS with strong performance of Star Search on 7.9/13, ABC with My Wife and Kids George Lopez averaging 6.6/11, and NBC with Ed.

UPN once again played its rotating game with the WB, but this week UPN took the last position for the evening on 2.4/4 (down from last week's 2.9/4). CBS and NBC tied as leaders of the evening with 8.5/14, followed by Fox on 7.6/12, ABC on 5.1/8 and the WB on 2.7/4.
