John Ordover, one of the editors of the Star Trek line at Pocket Books, sends along word they've just purchased the TOS novel 'In The Name Of Honor', by Dayton Ward. Ward is a three-time winner of Pocket's annual 'Strange New Worlds' story contest, having written the TOS story 'Reflections' (published in Strange New Worlds I), 'Almost, but not Quite' (Voyager, SNW II) and 'The Aliens Are Coming', a TOS story to be published in May in the most recent installment of the Strange New Worlds anthology.

Set between Star Trek V and Star Trek VI, 'In The Name Of Honor' teams Captain Kirk and Captain Koloth as they investigate rumors of a hidden - and dishonorable - Klingon prisoner of war camp. Pocket Books will publish the noevl some time in the winter of 2001 or early 2002.

In case this inspired you to also submit a story for the Strange New Worlds contest, you can find the official rules here on Psi Phi.
