Star Trek: Voyager actor/director Robert Duncan McNeill will direct a yet-untitled pilot for ABC starring Danny Comden, the story of a successful real estate agent who eschews his lifestyle to become a better person. Comden wrote the half-hour script, which he will co-executive produce

The Futon Critic reported that McNeill, who transitioned from acting to directing in the Star Trek franchise and has helmed episodes of Enterprise, Dawson's Creek and Desperate Housewives, would direct the single-camera comedy pilot.

According to Zap2It, Comden will play a character who "realizes he's become a jerk." He quits his job in real estate and sets about trying to change his life for the better. Comden will executive produce with The O.C.'s McG as well as Peter Johnson.

Thus far, in addition to Comden, the only announced cast member is Scott Caan of Ocean's 12. He will play a character named Dick, a close friend of the main character, who lives on a boat, according to The Futon Critic.
