  • The Gene Roddenberry Memorial Highway web site reports Texas House Representative Pat Haggerty has introduced House Bill 949 to rename a portion of Interstate Highway 10 inside the city limits of El Paso as the Gene Roddenberry Memorial Highway.

  • Katee Sackhoff ('Halloween: Resurrection') and Jamie Bamber (Hornblower, Band of Brothers) have been cast in Ronald D. Moore's Battlestar Galactica mini-series, according to the Sci-Fi Wire.
