Hello World!

It's started! As of yesterday, the Euro 2000 Football Championships are being held in Belgium and in the Netherlands, so for the next three weeks all public life will come to a standstill during most of the matches. Even I, despite not having seen a single match since the World Cup two years ago, will of course be seeing every game played by the Dutch team. Tonight 'we' will be playing against the Czechs, and during the qualifying rounds we'll also still have to play against Denmark and France - we're certainly not in an easy group. Undoubtedly you'll get to hear my completely non-expert views on the matches here - if we win, that is :-).
