Marina Sirtis On Stargate SG-1 Tomorrow

Tomorrow (Friday) at 10:00pm, as previously reported, cable network Showtime will be showing a new episode of 'Stargate SG-1', starring Marina Sirtis (Deanna Troi).

In the episode, called 'Watergate', Sirtis plays a Russian scientist who is sent to study the Stargate, crashed at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean in an earlier episode. Here's how Starguide describes the episode:

Sirtis will play Carter's "Russian counterpart" in the episode. It is likely that the United States government was forced to reveal the Stargate program to the Russians after the destruction of the Asgard ship in Earth's atmosphere ("Nemesis"). Based on the title, one may presume that the Stargate (transported aboard the Beliskner before it crashed into the Pacific Ocean) survived the crash. The SGC may have to race the Russians in recovering the Stargate, or be forced to compete with them in exploring the universe.
