One of the highlights of the display was a sneak peak at Art Asylum's 'Borg Assimilation' range, set to debut in late 2002/early 2003, according to Figures.com.

The line of seven-inch figures depicts several well-known Trek species - the Hirogen, Cardassians, Klingons and Ferengi - after they have been assimilated by the Borg. A prototype of the assimilated Ferengi (as seen above) was on show together with a completed Hirogen figure.

Each figure, based on Japan's Kubrick toy line, has twelve points of articulation. "Minimates will be part of a line of cutting-edge items of the future based on traditional toys of the past," according to the toy manufacturer's web site.

These seven-inch figures feature NX-01 crew members Archer, T'Pol, Trip and Hoshi in their spacesuits, as well as Shran the Andorian and a Nausicaan from 'Fortunate Son'.

The first wave of seven-inch figures from 'Broken Bow,' including Archer, Reed, T'Pol, Mayweather, Klaang and Silik, as well as the phaser/communicator Trek-Tek pack, are now available. The Picard, Data, Shinzon and Reman Viceroy 'Star Trek: Nemesis' figures are set to debut later this year.

The full gallery of the Trek merchandise on display at Comic-Con can be found here at Figures.com. Further information is available at Art Asylum's web site. Thanks to '8 of 12' for this!
