Hello World!

I'm actually finally going to see 'Galaxy Quest' tonight. Regular TrekToday readers may remember that I've been hoping to see the movie ever since March, when it was originally scheduled to appear in cinemas, but it was postponed several times until late August. First I wasn't even aware the film had actually been released, and then when it was it was only showing around midnight. Fortunately now it's showing at normal times, but today is already the last day of its run here in Utrecht, so we're only just in time. I will have to miss DS9's 'Past Tense, Part Two' because of it - after weeks of airing DS9 on Thursdays at 7:00pm (Dutch time), BBC Two now moved it to Wednesdays at 8:15, while Galaxy Quest starts at either 7 or 9pm. At least I'll be able to program my VCR to record the show, even if it'll probably decide to tape Home Gardening Unlimited or something like that.
