Hello World!

I'm not feeling well today, so I thought I'd tell you all about it... or not. I'm sure you'll thank me for not giving details of the stomach bug that decided to manifest itself while I was at the mall this morning - let's just say I barely made it to a sink in time.

In other news, today is the 18th birthday of one of my younger friends. Her name's Elise and I'm safe to name her here because there's no chance what so ever of her reading it - she's a Warsie. At any rate, for those of you in the repressed US, and a few other countries with similar laws, as soon as you turn 18, you're legally allowed to drink here, so we're celebrating her 'coming of age' as such in style at an Irish pub in Northbridge tonight by getting her blind drunk for the first time in her life... or, at least, they'll be - wether I go along or not has a lot to do with how well I feel when 6pm rolls around. I'll probably end up going, no matter how sick I feel - I'm stuck as the designated driver (sighs), but at least I'll have the consolation of watching a lot of other people *make* themselves sick.

And finally: WAHHHH!!! I want to see new Voyager episodes!!! You know, sometimes living in Australia can be a real downer.
