A new Enterprise and a familiar timeline may be explored in Star Trek XI.

As reported at Screen Rant, possible plot information has emerged. As reported recently in the article located here, Klingons may take part in the film, possibly in a battle or war. It was also rumored that the time travel would include jumping between different time frames.

New rumors say that another Enterprise seen in Star Trek XI in an alternate timeline will be very different than that to which fans are accustomed. It may be an "all out warship." And part of Star Trek XI may take place in the time of Star Trek: The Next Generation, although no specifics were given as to place or plot details.

In other Star Trek XI news as reported by HeraldSun.com.au, Eric Bana described his role of Nero, the Romulan villain, as a cameo. "It's just a great character," he said of Nero. "It's J.J. Abrams. It's a really well-written script, great part. Couldn't say no. I don't actually look at the size of parts ever."
