Three Star Trek alumni will be appearing at different events in the United States and England this month.

J.G. Hertzler, best known as General Martok on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, will be attending a book signing in California next week. The actor will be discussing and signing copies of his new novel duology, The Left Hand of Destiny, which he penned with Jeffrey Lang. The two books deal with Martok's return to the Klingon Empire after the events of "What You Leave Behind".

The event will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, at the Borders bookshop in Oxnard, California. The store is located at 241 W. Esplande Drive, Oxnard, CA 93030, and can be contacted by phone on (804) 988-1210.

On the next day, Sunday, May 11, Kate Mulgrew (Kathryn Janeway), will be participating in the "Broadway Talks" series in New York. The former Star Trek: Voyager actress will be discussing her new play, Tea At Five, as well as her other work on stage and screen. After the talk, Mulgrew will be signing autographs for attendees.

The discussion will start at 7:30 p.m. at the 92nd Street Y, and costs $22 per person. For further information, including ticket details, head over to Totally Kate.

Across the Atlantic, Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard) will be making a stop at Oxford University on May 28. Stewart is set to give a talk to members of the Oxford Union, followed by a question and answer session.

The event begins at 8:30 p.m. and is only open to members of the Oxford Union, which consists of past and present students of Oxford University. Full details are available at this link.
