  • The Shubert organisation, the company behind the new Broadway play 'The Ride Down Mt. Morgan', has confirmed they have received an official written apology from Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard). Stewart was ordered to do so last week, after the Actors Equity ruled that Stewart had acted unprofessionaly in publicly denouncing the producers in a speech after a performance of the play ended.

  • Variety's Michael Fleming is reporting that Dwayne Johnson, better known as WWF wrestler The Rock, is currently in talks to star in a prequel to 'The Mummy', and to appear in a double role in a big-budget sci-fi film. Johnson guest-starred on Voyager's 'Tsunkatse' earlier this year. Thanks go out to Jose Gonzalez for this!

  • Decipher, the publisher of the official Star Trek Customisable Card Game, has posted a Borg deck design by Jose Fernandes, used to win first place at the recent French National CCG Championships.

  • Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard) will be appearing on 'Late Night With Conan O'Brien' on Friday the 14th of June, to promote the 'X-Men' feature film, which will have its world premiere two days earlier in New York.
