Star Trek XI received five People’s Choice nominations, but failed to bring home any awards.
In three of four categories, Star Trek was up against Twilight and in each category, Twilight walked away with the awards.
The Thirty-Sixth Annual People’s Choice Awards airs tonight, January 6, at 9:00 PM on CBS and Star Trek XI will be vying for several of the awards.
Fans of Star Trek XI will find out tonight if any of the five People’s Choice nominations for the movie will be chosen as winners.

The 2010 People’s Choice Awards will be given at a ceremony on January 6th at the Nokia Theater, L.A. Live in Los Angeles. Queen Latifah will be the ceremony host.
