Hector and the Search for Happiness is the story of an “eccentric yet irresistible London psychiatrist in crisis” who is in crisis because his patients are “not getting any happier.”

Star Trek XI’s Simon Pegg may guest star in the pilot of a new TNT drama.
The new drama, L.A. Noir, is a period drama about a cop working in “an era of rampant police corruption,” and would center on the 1940s-1950s “epic battle” between Los Angeles Police Chief William Parker (Neil McDonough) and boxer-turned-mobster Mickey Cohen.
If Pegg signs on for L.A. Noir, he would join Jon Bernthal (Walking Dead), McDonough and Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes), who have already signed on for the project.
L.A. Noir will be written and directed by Frank Darabont (Walking Dead), who will also executive produce the series along with Michael De Luca (The Social Network) and Elliot Webb (TallTime Tales).
