Orci Reacts To Article And Online Comments

Some comments from fans on TrekMovie regarding Star Trek into Darkness got to Roberto Orci, and he lashed out at the article and one commenter in particular.

The comments came after an article written by Joseph Dickerson, in which he claimed that Star Trek was broken. Dickerson offered suggestions on how to fix it.

Two Of Three Trek Writers To Return

Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are in negotiations to write for the third rebooted Star Trek movie.

Paramount had been looking for other writers, and some of the possibilities mentioned were Ashley Edward Miller and Zachary Stentz.

Abrams And Trek Writer Rumors

The rumors claimed that J.J. Abrams would not be doing the new Star Wars movie, and that two new writers would be joining Star Trek 3.

Orci: Hey Quinto – Call Me!

Roberto Orci responded to a statement by Zachary Quinto regarding the status of Star Trek 3.

In his comments, Quinto claimed that “Star Trek 3 should be filming…next year.” Quinto added that he expected J.J. Abrams to direct the third rebooted Trekverse film.

Universal To Develop Locke & Key

Trek Writers Honored At Charity Ball

Star Trek into Darkness writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci were honored Saturday at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball.

Chrysalis is a Los Angeles-based “nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.”
