On Monday, JumpCon Founder Shane Senter was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay restitution to victims of his failed JumpCon conventions.
Senter could have been looking at up to seven years in prison and a $4,000 fine for each of two counts of felony theft in addition to another two years of prison time and a $2,000 fine for the other two misdemeanor charges of deceptive business practices.
