Quinto Reacts To Heroes Movie Cancellation

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

When Heroes was canceled, fans hoped that a movie would provide closure, but the word is that there will not be a Heroes movie after all, much to the disappointment of Zachary Quinto.

Quinto played Sylar in the NBC hit show that lasted for four seasons, and would have been on board for a movie. “It’s disappointing that there was such a lack of resolution,” said Quinto. “But unfortunately, that’s just the nature of network television. Nothing really surprises me in terms of network and studio bureaucracy. It’s the way it goes.

“If it was in their best interest, I’m sure they would have done it. And for whatever reason, they didn’t think it was. So that’s a bummer. But we have to just accept it and move on.”

No More Heroes Or FlashForward

Zachary Quinto (Sylar) will have more free time on his hands now that Heroes has been canceled after four seasons.
