Hallmark will be at this year’s Comic-Con in San Diego, which runs from July 20-24.

Comic-Con in San Diego begins tomorrow and there are plenty of Star Trek items of interest for fans.

According to a CBS Consumer Products press release, eleven different booths will feature items including watches, buttons, cologne, ornaments, books, artwork, props, replicas, novelty features, costumes, postcards and bookmarks.

William Shatner, Brent Spiner and LeVar Burton will be at the Tweet House at Comic-con party on July 23.

This year’s Tweet House at Comic-Con has panels, several bands and is located on the USS Midway aircraft carrier. The Tweet House is a “celebration of the real-time Web and Twitter’s pervasive role within it, bringing together those who create and evangelize the technologies that are defining the future.”

Star Trek XI‘s Uhura took part in a Comic-Con Panel on “female power icons in pop culture” yesterday.

As reported by The Guardian, Saldana joined Sigourney Weaver (Alien), Eliza Dushku (Buffy, Dollhouse,) and Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost) to discuss the role of women in pop culture.

As reported in a press release from CBS Consumer Products, attendees at Comic-Con will be able to see and purchase new exclusive Star Trek-related merchandise.

For Star Trek comic fans, at IDW Booth #1705, an exclusive reprint of Star Trek: Countdown #1, featuring a new cover, and a preview of Nero #1 will be available.

Comic-Con begins next Thursday and Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) has plenty of activities and giveaways for attendees.

As reported in a press release from PHE, Comic-Con attendees will be taken “to the final frontier and beyond for out-of-this-world fun celebrating some of the year’s hottest films.”
