There will be eleven conventions or appearances in May, beginning with Texas Frightmare Weekend, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport in Dallas, Texas on May 3-5. In attendance at the Texas Frightmare Weekend will be Jeffrey Combs and Denise Crosby.

The fan restoration of the original series Galileo shuttle is almost finished.

Trek fans Adam Schneider and Alec Peters have been working on the restoration of the twenty-foot-long, nine-foot-tall shuttle for months after the shuttle was purchased at auction last July.
