New Shatner Album In Progress

A new music project from William Shatner will include music from Billy Sherwood, formerly of the rock bank Yes.

Shatner’s last music project was 2011′s Seeking Major Tom, which also included a Yes alumnus.

Quinto To Debut On Broadway

Later this summer, Zachary Quinto will be seen on Broadway in a remake of The Glass Menagerie.

Quinto will be portraying Tom, the son of a “fading Southern belle.”

Star Trek Into Darkness Moscow Premiere

Yesterday was the Moscow premiere of Star Trek into Darkness and in attendance were J.J. Abrams, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Alice Eve.

It was a rainy day in Moscow, but that didn’t deter the stars or the fans waiting to see them.

When news broke that Abrams was going to direct the next Star Wars movie, it was logical to assume that he would not be able to do both that and the third rebooted Trek movie, but that might not be the case.

Frakes: The Best of Both Worlds

This week, both parts of The Best of Both Worlds will air in select theaters as a feature length presentation, and The Next Generation‘s Jonathan Frakes shared his thoughts on the episodes and what was going on when that show was being filmed.

The two-hour theater event for The Best of Both Worlds will take place on April 25 at 7 PM, and is in honor of the Blu-ray release of Star Trek: The Next Generation: The Best of Both Worlds.
