Two Trek comics will debut tomorrow, but fans can have a sneak peek today.

The comics include Star Trek #59 and Star Trek: New Visions Special: The Cage.

Star Trek #59 was written by Mike Johnson, with art by Tony Shasteen and covers by Shasteen, Josh Adams and Drew Moss. In this issue, the first part of the two-part series Altered Encounters is presented. In Altered Encounters, Part I, “the penultimate chapter in the latest five year mission of the U.S.S. Enterprise” features “Captain Kirk and the crew encounter[ing]… themselves? Celebrate the fiftieth Anniversary of Star Trek with this all-new story that brings two timelines together!”

The thirty-two page issue will sell for $3.99.

Star Trek: New visions Special: The Cage features story, photo manipulation, and cover by John Byrne. In this issue, the original series episode The Cage, is reinterpreted and adapted to comic-book form.”

The fifty-two page issue will sell for $7.99.
