December-January Star Trek Conventions And Appearances

There will be six conventions, shows or appearances in December and January that will feature actors of interest to Star Trek fans. This listing of conventions and shows features actors from all of the televised series and several of the Star Trek movies.

December beings with the Steel City Con, which takes place from Dec. 6-8 at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, Pa. In attendance at the Steel City Con will be George Takei.

Abrams Wins International Emmy

Star Trek into Darkness Director J.J. Abrams was awarded an International Emmy last night at the 41st International Emmy Awards Gala.

The International Emmy Awards are given to the best television programs produced, and initially aired, outside of the U.S.
