When it comes to traveling high above the Earth, William Shatner would rather keep his feet on the ground.

Virgin Galactic‘s Richard Branson revealed that Shatner turned down a chance to go on one of the first commercial space trips offered by Branson’s company.

Quinto is appearing in a remake of Tennessee Williams The Glass Menagerie, where he has taken on the role of Tom, the son of a “fading Southern belle.”

But there was still pressure for Giacchino to get it right and to not disappoint the large Star Trek fanbase.

HBO Picks Up Lindelof Series

The Leftovers, an hour-long drama based on a novel by Tom Perrotta, will be airing on HBO.

Contractor: Rima And Kirk Cut Scene

Nazneen Contractor, who played Rima Harewood, the mother of a sick daughter whose illness set in motion a terrorist attack by her father, explained how her role originally was a bit larger than what appeared on the screen.

“I thought it was a very important role and it was much bigger, what we shot, than what actually got into the film,” said Contractor.

Abrams: Thumbs Down On Trek Video Game

In an interview with GamerHub TB, Star Trek into DarknessJ.J. Abrams shared his negative thoughts about the Star Trek video game.

Abrams originally had had high hopes for the game. “To me the video game could have been something that actually really benefited the series and was an exciting, fun game with great gameplay,” he said.
