Sirtis Lands NCIS Role

1 min read

Star Trek: The Next Generation‘s Marina Sirtis will be seen on CBS’s NCIS beginning next month.

The actress will take on the role of the Mossad Director, replacing Eli David (Michael Nouri), who was killed off several months ago.

“The search to replace Eli David as Mossad Director was tricky for us, but we ended up with a true find in Marina Sirtis,” said showrunner Gary Glasberg. “I’ve always been a Star Trek fan, but Marina really owns this part. And the cast loves her. She’s everything I wanted for the role and then some. We are lucky to have her.”

NCIS airs Tuesdays at 9 PM on CBS.
