I’m not sure, either, but I’ve always thought it would be cool to redo the series in CGI. Keep the soundtrack, lose the low-budget animation. That could be cool on Blu-Ray. (We could call it the “ReAnimated Series”

Did you think that the artists carefully drew the images to be exactly the size that they are on your TV screen?

No?

Then you must understand that somewhere, there’s probably a bigger, better version of the cartoon you saw, right? And if someone were to go back to the masters and create a new high-definition transfer, then it’d be so much bigger and better that you’d want a Blu-ray disc to hold all that data.
