The first disc will include the full seventy-nine minute score for the film, including music for a sequence that didn’t make it into the final film. The second disc will include a remastered version of the 1994 GNP soundtrack album, which is forty-five minutes long. This second disc also includes a sound effects library.

Also included  on the second disc are three bonus tracks, including Lifeforms, a motion picture dialogue performed by Brent Spiner in character as Data, and a sixteen-page photo-illustrated booklet by Jeff Bond and Lukas Kendall.

A track-by-track commentary is available online here. This includes the twenty-five tracks on the first disc, plus the soundtrack album, sound effects and three bonus tracks (Prisoner Exchange, A Christmas Hug, Lifeforms).

Due to be released October 29, the Star Trek: Generations Expanded Collector’s Edition 2-CD can be pre-ordered here.

  1. How about an extended cut of the movie itself? Trekcore’s YouTube page has about 30 minutes worth of cut footage.
