I'll admit, the episode feels like someone accidentally green-lit someone's fan-fiction script, with the non-sensical pairings/attractions of characters. I don't feel like commenting on other things that have been commented before, but I really do agree with the assessment that Lwaxana's behavior toward Odo is in direct conflict with the bond they developed in her previous episode with him. A total misfire for the show's creators, and a missed opportunity. I've posted about this before, but I had a very hard time seeing what held the O'Briens' marriage together with how much conflict was portrayed on the show. As far as this episode goes, sadly I don't really want to re-watch it to check out the interaction because unlike Michelle I literally cannot STAND watching Majel Barrett act. I found her Lwaxana character loud and abrasive and about as tasteless as a disco ball in a funeral parlor. I really do struggle with Keiko.
