Quinto In The Glass Menagerie

Star Trek‘s Zachary Quinto will be appearing in the American Repertory Theater’s The Glass Menagerie early next year.

Quinto will join Tony nominee Celia Keenan-Bolder, Brian J. Smith and Cherry Jones in the play.

In The Glass Menagerie, “fading Southern belle Amanda Wingfield (Jones), … employs her misunderstood son Tom (Quinto) to find a suitable ‘gentleman caller’ for her crippled daughter Laura (Keenan-Bolger).

John Tiffany will direct The Glass Menagerie, which will feature set and costumes by Bob Crowley, and lighting and sound by Natasha Katz and Clive Goodwin.

The Glass Menagerie will begin performances February 2, 2013, and opening night will be February 6. The play will run though March 17 at the Cambridge Massachusetts Loeb Drama Center.
