The claim itself is safely vague and nonspecific. Additionally, she probably did lose considerably more weight while exercising by sticking to the diet, so I doubt seriously that there's any deception on her part. My gods; I'm rooting for the hippo. Thirty years ago I found her to be unbearably sexy; having seen too much of her actual personality over the years I now find her unbearably annoying.
