Robin did great. But I missed the more interesting Romulan/Vulcan mix that Saavik was supposed to be, and the potential humor of the character when dealing with Kirk, and discussing human things with Spock, that Kirstie Alley brought to the character.

I have always thought that Robin Curtis was a better Saavik! I think she managed to convey those feelings at the end of the movie.
