I would like to see a wiz bang movie where Star Trek and Star Wars meet to fight a common enemy of both, without at first realizing it.
Just an idea, old or new. Kind of like: Star Trek Generations.
I mean come on wouldn’t it be cool to see it come to reality?

Exactly! There is absolutely no reason to favor one to the exclusion of the other.
Besides, the more extensive faster-than-light technology of Trek (for instance FTL computing, FTL sensors, and the ability to engage in combat at FTL speeds) clearly pwns the point-to-point FTL of Star Wars.

George does make a serious point about how fans should not be fighting against each other. Both Star Trek and Star Wars are equaling entertaining forms of science fiction and should be enjoyed just for that.

Something for which Bill Shatner, Carrie Fisher, and to some extent, Dennis Bailey should realize.

I love both Star Wars and Star Trek. Have since I was a child. Equally and for different reasons. I don’t even acknowledge the “which is better?” debate. The two are barely comparable, and share only one word of their titles.
