Star Trek Legion of Super-Heroes Comic To Debut

A new comic series from IDW Publishing and DC Comics, Star Trek Legion of Super-Heroes, will debut this week.

In Star Trek Legion of Super-heroes, the first of a six-issue release, Captain Kirk and his crew and the Legion of Super-Heroes will feature the two groups interacting in the 23rd century and the 31st century.

In the first issue of the new crossover series, “a group of Legionnaires” are “lost in the 23rd century. Kirk and crew are there, too, but it’s not the 23rd century as they know it.”

Star Trek Legion of Super-Heroes is written by Chris Roberson, with art by Jeffrey Moy, and covers by Phil Jimenez and Keith Giffen.

Thirty-two pages in length, the issue, which will release this Wednesday, will cost $3.99. There will be variant covers, done by Gabriel Rodriguez, which will feature: Spock, Braniac 5 and Spock and Braniac 5.

Issues two and three of Star Trek Legion of Super-Heroes will release in November and December.
