I certainly hope that the episodes are actually listed in order, unlike on the remastered Star Trek: The Original Series set released a couple of years (I believe) back.

I severely doubt they’ll convert it from 4:3 to 16:9, since they didn’t for TOS.

Recompositioned means that the original effects were all edited together on VHS-quality tape. Therefore all of the special effects need to be completely redone either from scratch or the original 35mm film of the models. Denise and Michael Okuda supervised the process for TOS and are once again in charge for TNG.
