Abrams To Produce New Drama

The ever-busy J.J. Abrams will be an executive producer on a new drama series created by Supernatural‘s Eric Kripke.

NBC has committed to a pilot for the drama, titled Revolution, which is described as an “epic adventure thriller.”

Coming out of Warner Bros. TV and Bad Robot, Revolution will be executive produced by Abrams, Kripke and Bryan Burk. Kripke will write the pilot.

As more details emerge, TrekToday will provide updates on the project.

  1. Maybe he should try concentrating on star trek so we can get the sequel in a reasonable amount of time!

  2. I thought the Trek script wasn’t finished on time because one of the writers was working on another project. That wouldn’t be Abrams fault.
